Payment Information

  • Your copay will be expected at the time of your visit.
  • Our office does not send out paper statements, but you will be sent an explanation of benefits from your insurance company detailing the breakdowns and financial responsibilities from your office visits. Having a credit card on file allows us to focus more on patient care by reducing time spent on collections.
  • If you are sick or unable to keep your sleep study appointment, for any reason, please call our office at least 72 business hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not show for your sleep study and have given no advanced notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
  • Patients are responsible for checking with their insurance provider to determine to what extent the costs of their sleep studies and office visits will be covered.
  • Some insurance providers may require a referral or precertification for office visits and sleep studies. If you are unsure what your insurance company requires, please contact us in advance of your appointment.
  • If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact our billing department at (913) 777-0077.
